Step1 : If required your graphics are produced.

Our print room houses 4 printers: Avinci CX3200, D-Gen Papyrus, D-Gen Grande G5 and VUTEK GS3250 Pro Hybrid. Our impressive range of printers provide us with the capability to print up to 3.2m in width across multiple materials; Flag Knit, Display Polyester, Back Lit, Greyback, Banner Vinyl and Pop-up PVC.

We specialise in fabric printing and have just invested in a new Avinci which runs at a speed of up to 250m2 per hour. Thus, allowing us to produce more stunning prints with a quicker turn-around.

Step 2: The finishing touches.

Our expert inhouse sewing team take care and pride in the final finishings of every product, from trimming, to sewing, to eyeleting.  All jobs are quality checked and once we are completely happy with the result, they are packaged and dispatched to meet your deadlines.

Another recent addition to our facility is the Titanium 3025 cutter.  This impressive machine can cut all media types and has made our finishings more efficient and more precise, ensuring all graphics which leave the warehouse are of the highest standard. It is also very satisfying to watch!Cutter in warehouse

Throughout our warehouse we are carrying out sustainable practices to help reduce the impact we as a business have on the environment. For example, we utilise the space on every print to limit excess material and subsequently the amount of waste that goes to landfill. Another example is that we only use water-based inks on our dye-sub fabric products as they are considerably less harmful to the environment than other commonly used inks.

Our sustainable practices don’t just stop at production, we have also embedded them internally. All lighting in the warehouse and dispatch are LED censored, making them considerably more efficient… we know, what a bright idea! Explore our full commitments below:
