Meet Lee our Sales Office Manager who has been with Very Displays from Day 1, and keeps the office and the team running efficiently and smoothly.

What’s it like working for Very Displays?

Every day is different which is a bit of a cliché but is very true. We have a great amount of independence and flexibility within our roles which allows us to remain versatile and also allows us to make quick decisions to keep the company moving forward.

What’s a day in the life of the Office Manager like?

Challenging, rewarding and everything in between. No two days are the same and I have a great team around me all working together to achieve our collective goals.

What’s the proudest moment you’ve had at Very Displays?

I suppose it would be seeing Very Displays grow from day 1 with £0 turnover to the place we’re in today as one of the most respected trade suppliers in the industry.

Favourite thing about your team?

There is an engrained work ethic within our team that can’t be taught, everyone really does work their absolute hardest without the need for any pushing. I know everyone will turn up to work with the right attitude regardless of the challenges they might be facing. We also all love our food!

What’s the biggest challenge you’re finding in the industry right now?

Supply chain issues are hitting everyone in our industry particularly hard right now and we’re facing possibly the biggest challenges of our careers trying to handle the skyrocketing costs whilst also remaining competitive for our customers and not letting them down.
